OUR CHILDREN ARE THE FUTURE OF OUR COMMUNITY

Thanks to YOU, close to 6,000 children in the Amarillo and Canyon areas have received mini-wardrobes since September 2016!
​Unfortunately the requests continue to pour in. Because of YOU and your support, Colorful Closets is able to continue providing mini-wardrobes and toiletries to children in need.

We truly believe that WE, as a community, are the body of Christ. Through your help, GOD IS WORKING! WE are the hands and feet of Jesus! Let us ALL come together in love to spread peace and kindness throughout both Amarillo and Canyon school districts. Our donors have been able to provide clothing, warmth, hope and dignity to children at ALL 55 Amarillo ISD schools, 16 Canyon ISD schools, Bushland ISD, River Road and Highland Park!! We have been able to build confidence throughout our entire Amarillo and Canyon communities, BECAUSE OF YOU!
As of November 4, 2023 Colorful Closets clothed 5,739 students since 2016.
One of our large goals is to provide NEW undergarments and toiletries for each student receiving mini-wardrobes. Help us reach this goal and continue to make an impact in our community.

We greatly appreciate toiletry drives and sock and underwear drives! If you or your group would like to organize a drive, please e-mail us.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT

When you make a one-time or monthly donation, you help us cover laundry expenses, operating costs, as well as the cost of toiletries, undergarments and clothing purchases made for children in our community. Corporate sponsors also receive spotlights on our website year-round!

Do you have new or tenderly used clothing items you would like to donate?
Follow our Donation Criteria Guidelines:
Age Appropriate, CASUAL and COMFORTABLE clothing such as: t-shirts, hoodies, jeans, leggings and athletic apparel. Not sure what to donate? View our FAQ page for more details.

VOLUNTEER

 YOU can get your business, school, church and organization involved! We would love to plug you or your group in! Service projects are also easy and wonderful ways you can support Colorful Closets! Service projects are great opportunities to collect full sized toiletries, NEW socks and NEW underwear. Contact us if you are interested!
